Remote rotor vanes on 17" frame

CR7.90

Dynamic Flow Control™ introduced on 17’’.

Position angle of vanes has a big effect on the power efficiency of the crop flow in small grains and soybeans.

The rotor vanes position can be adjusted infinitely from slowest to fastest from the cab and on the go during harvest.

IntelliView™ display will show a percentage from 0% (slowest) to 100% (fastest) in steps of 5%.

Rotor performances variation between the slowest and the fastest vane position can be as much as 20% difference in all crops.

IntelliCruise™ II part of base unit

intelicruise

CR7.90 & CR9.90

IntelliCruise™ Standard on all the range

IntelliCruise algorithm has been further refined. The crop load  indication is now based on engine load only.

3 strategies available as standard:
  • Maximum Capacity: Combine will increase ground speed to reach max engine load or max ground speed.
  • Fixed Throughput
  • Limited loss
The system will maintain throughput set by the operator and will vary the groundspeed. If the system detects rotor or sieve losses, the system will reduce ground speed until the losses are fixed.

Greater chopping optimisation

chopopt

CR7.90 & CR9.90

A new chopper speed combination to offer more chopping optimisation in small grain applications. The new option combines 2750 rpm and 4000 rpm speeds in a single pulley

  • 2750 rpm offers more efficient chopping when with less knife wear and reduced power consumption.
  • 4000 rpm provides finer chop quality and is recommended in hard chop conditions.
Opposite (in the table) are the different chopper speeds according to the configuration.

Better engine thermal protection

CR9.90

Cursor 13

To further reduce engine bay temperatures, the turbo has been fully boxed offering reduced surface temperatures.

This has been achieved by introducing a new turbo on the C13 engine with a water-cooled bearing housing.

With this introduction, a blowoff kit is no longer required.

A pro-active system which predicts the slope of the harvesting pass based on previous passes (coverage map)

  • When an uphill is predicted, IntelliSense™ will pro-actively open the sieves
  • To avoid grain losses due to a late response of the system which can dump material out of the combine.

When a downhill is predicted, IntelliSense™ will pro-actively close the sieves.

  • To improve grain sample quality

ACS modes 1 and 2 reintroduced

toggle

ACS mode 1 and mode 2 are added again in ACS (Automatic Crop Settings).
